Bracken, Las Vegas Land & Water Company, Las Vegas, Nevada. My dear Walter: This letter will he handed you by our Mr. Lard who will have charge of rehabilitating the last flowing well drilled for you. Mr. Lard has been instructed to first run a close fitting scow and violently surge opposite the perforation in the well. If this does not bring results he will then install perforator find the holes previously cut and perforate in these spots with a larger knife which will tend to make a longer opening with the idea of minimizing the tendency to close over. In my letter to you I made my estimate on all costs with exception of transportation, and did not include the necessary truck transportation at this or the Las Vegas end. I wish therefore that you would kindly arrange for any possible D.P. truck transporta­tion that you may have at Las Vegas or if none is available direct Mr. Lard to a proper trucking contractor. We will pay these trucking charges and include in our bill to you for our services.
