S. bureau of reclamation engineer, collapsed and died, apparently of a heart ailment, at the Shasta dam today. He was 55 and a resi­dent of San Rafael. .Middaugh was transferred here two months ago from Boulder dam to handle installation of power equipment at Shasta and Keswick dam powerhouses.,. Her head dropped gently back. Her mouth was open. Her eyes stared straight up. There was a galvanic jerk of her entire body. A peephole opened and a voice, said: “That’s all,' boys,” The: voice announced the time of death. Mrs. Spinelli wore a green dress and carried a handker­chief in her hand.
