136 HHART.ttSTnN PARK IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION With reference to the meeting with the Charleston Park Improvement Association, it was agreed that the President would direct a letter to each of the Directors requesting that they advise immediately upon receipt of the letter whether or not they would be present for the proposed meeting on November 20, 1956* in order that it could be definitely scheduled and the Association notified. ADJOURNMENT Ihere being no further business before the Board, a motion was duly made by Director Hiorn, seconded by Director Miller, and unanimously approved that the meeting be adjourned until 4i00 P» M., Tuesday, November 20, 1956* at the same location. /
