AUD 10599 • Cprresp- | a q r e e m e m ? fr f - A THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the /A day of 1951, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company”, Party of the First Part, and FEIDERAL DEVELOPMENT CO., a corporation of the State of Nevada vith principal place of business located in Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Westleigh Tract No. 2, in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made appli­cation for water service to serve said tract and has contracted for the installation of water mains and pipe line; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said homes with water; a g r e m i n t ARTICLE I SUBDIVIDER AGREES: 1. At its own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct approximately 972 lineal feet of 6" cast iron water min, in location described as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 6" cast iron water m i n at the intersection of Barnard Drive and Ashby Avenue, thence southerly approxi­mately 972 feet to an end at Mountain View Boulevard.
