M&ag Recommendation for Las Vegas Land and Water Cs^panj^-^ authority to construct approximately 270 LP of 6“ casf iron water main to serve portions of Blocks Nos. h and 7 of Charleston Village Tract No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, at an estimated cost of $1,069*00, chargeable to investment. Charleston Village, Inc, is developing a portion of Charleston Village Tract Ho. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has requested extension of water mains under Rule 9 of the Rules and Regulations of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company on file with the Public Service Commission. Upon execution of agreement, Subdivider will deposit $1,176*00 to cover the estimated cost of work plus 10$ for overhead and supervision, which is subject to refund pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9* Request authority to proceed with installation of water main upon execution by Subdivider of usual form of refund agreement. Approval of Las Vegas Valley Water District under provisions of Section 13, paragraph (b) of Agreement “C‘,L#D. 113h2 dated June 1, 1953# is not required. Mr. Bennett sees no legal objection* A. F.
