I agree.I Los Angle ]- Apr 1*4-, 19*4-2 Orlg GFA-Oma Gy WHGwLos Angls My S-116 Apr 10th. Drilling crew was able to set liner in Well So. 9, Las Vegas, at *4-10 ft, taking in practically all of the water bearing gravel. Owing to topography vicinity this well it is necessary construct small dike to prevent water from running down Charleston Blvd., which is near by, while we clean out the mud and run a prodn test, so it will be a week or ten days before we are able to clear it up and obtain a good idea of its prodn. We are satisfied, however, that this well is in a heavy gravel area with good porosity and will make good prodn showing. E. B. Hall was obliged to call his men off before drilling deep Well No. 10 in order to carry out a previously made drilling contract near Bakersfield. Rotary rig was moved over to site of No. 10, and drilling of that well will be commenced in two or three weeks. S-122 PS
