Please omit from the description any reference to the lines within the Gunnery School Tract which have been condemned by the Government. 2 suggest you make the Bill of Sale effective as of hay 1, 1044, and assume that we will have the Bill of Sale executed by that time, and approved by the Public Service Commission.
