Bailey: As my terminal vacation will commence October 6, 1967, preliminary to retirement November 30, 1967, please accept my resignation as Assistant Secretary of Las Vegas Land and! Water Company effective at close of October 5, 1967® (Signed) F. D. Cope” On motion duly seconded, the resignation of F. D. Cope as Assistant Secretary was accepted, effective at close of October 5, 1967.
