The water department shuts my water off when these other party fails to pay their water rent, therefore, I have to pay for all three please. Then I have to try and collect from other party’s. Have offered to put in another line to my station, but the water company refuses me tap. Is it fair for me to be responsible for these other water bills any pay same, in order to have water furnished my place of business? Very truly yours G. B. Laws
