Peart which is attached: Upon ’phone inquiry to Mr. Maag he advised that he received telephone call from Mr. Vogel in Mr. Peart's office today stating that he had inquiry from Mr. Tracy's office re­garding the following: 1. Grand View Water Company 2, Boulder Dam Syndicate for which Mr. Vogel requested following Information: 1. What was value of franchises of above companies# if any? 2. Were there any written contracts or agreements with Companies# also were there any bills of sale obtained? 3. Were there any liabilities assumed by the Water Company? If so# what were they? 4. Were any bonds put up by the LVS & WCo«? 5. How about the stockholders or creditors of these companies? 6. What happened to these companies after disposal of assets? Mr Vogel wanted information by Jan, 6th. L.C.C
