As requested in your letter January 30th, File 085, I enclose herewith a forecast of revenues and expenses for the year 1943 covering Nevada operations. , Under Real Estate we have included revenues from rental of cottages, deferred collections on sales of real estate, ground rentals, and rent from rooming house. We have forecast our revenues from water sales higher than in previous years, in line with the present trend of business.
