Smith's A-432 calling a meeting March 4th, at 9:00 A.M., Room 202, Las Vegas depot, in connection with a study President Stoddard has directed be made developing an independent supply of water for the railroad and the PFE Co, at Las Vegas, You have also been the recipient of copies of letters on this subject and have likewise advised with respect to the legal aspects of the present railroad well and what the future may develop. For your Information, J enclose copy of letter dated February 6, 1952, written by Mr. L,R. Maag to Mr. Wm. Reinhardt, which is Just informatory, I think your attendance at the meeting will be desirable to advise with respect to the legal steps of this well and what legal steps might be necessary to secure a legal water supply either from this well or, if It becomes necessary, by the drilling of a new well In the shop grounds.
