No. 2Q0\ , dated October 16, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water Com­pany, Lessor, and California Walnut Growers Association, Lessee, covering this company's Vegetable Shed No. 4, located near East 7th Street, Los Angeles, California, for term begin­ning October 16, 1939, and extending to April 16, 1940; rental $100 per month, payable monthly in advance, for the purpose of storage, packing and shipping of walnuts; subject to termina­tion by either party upon thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, Audit No;-10030, dated November 22, 1939, addressed to J. D. Hendricks, Contractor, 5203 Mt. Royal Drive, Los Angeles, California, covering the furnishing of superintendence, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation, and the making-of repairs to portions of this company's building damaged by fire at First Street and Mission Ro&d, occupied by Rath Packing Company, Lbs Angeles, Calif.; consideration (a) Actual cost of labor payroll, (b) Actual cost of materials and drayage, {c) 10$> of actual cost of labor, materials and drayage,- (d) Reimbursement of cost of permits, fees, sales, use and payroll taxes, and insurance paid by said J, D, Hendricks; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong
