No. 2Q0\ , dated October 16, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and California Walnut Growers Association, Lessee, covering this company's Vegetable Shed No. 4, located near East 7th Street, Los Angeles, California, for term beginning October 16, 1939, and extending to April 16, 1940; rental $100 per month, payable monthly in advance, for the purpose of storage, packing and shipping of walnuts; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, Audit No;-10030, dated November 22, 1939, addressed to J. D. Hendricks, Contractor, 5203 Mt.
