In this, there is 12'* pipe H6©0 lineal feet, •* pipe 1900 lineal feet, and 6" pipe 16,200 lineal feet. These amount# were given to me by Mr. Folger. Q. Be you know how much of that represents new pipe? When I say "new pipe", X mean addition to the present distribu­tion system. A. Yes, sir. As I reguested frost Mr. Folger, it was to give me just the new water mains which were laid, and it is my understanding that this is what it covers. t» In other words, this does not include the old water mains that were replaced.
