I agree.Kelley & Reber Report June Hotel Promotion March 13, 1972 Page two 6. We have appropriate color transparencies of each hotel supplied by the Advertising Departments. 7. After talking with the printers regarding this direct mailing piece, Kelley & Reber can guarantee staying well within the initial estimate of $85,000. 8. We recommend using the printing facilities of Jule Mayhew for this job and having the finished material trucked from his printing plant to Fullerton, California for "stuffing" and mailing by the R. H. Donnely Company. 9. Kelley & Reber has begun final art on this project and we suggest presenting a color-key and printer's brown-line to the appropriate executives concerned with this project, in the final week of March. This time-table will give us the first two weeks in April for printing and delivery. 10. This mailing piece should be "stuffed", addressed, stamped, sealed and ready for mailing at the Fullerton office by fehe last week of April. This will allow us a thirty-day mailing schedule which is required for a mailing of this great size. 3m
