Description

Letter from Area Realty Officer J. L. Diddock to the Field Solicitor detailing the failed plan to acquire 12 feet of Rocky Mountain Produce Company's land for road access. Legal right-of-way had to be granted for housing assistance. Letter from H. Bruce Stucki, Rocky Mountain Produce Co., to Bureau of Indian Affairs Acting Assistant Area Director John C. Cable denying legal authority for members of the Las Vegas Paiute Colony to cross the company's property. Unsigned "Declaration of prescriptive right-of-way" and "Deed of easement" included.
