    Commissioner Sharp moved this recommendation be accepted and Bid No. 57.14 for the furnishing of tires and tubes to the City be awarded to Superior Tire Company. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Com­missioner Whipple. The Commission considered the request of George W. and Daisy Head to move a house from 508 Van Buren to 913 Monroe. Supervisor of Building and Safety, Art Trelease presented pictures of the structure, and recommended that if this permit be granted that the approval be conditioned on the filing of a bond to include requiring the applicant to bring the building up to Code. Commissioner Fountain moved the application of George W. and Daisy Head to move a house from 508 Van Buren to 913 Monroe be approved subject to the posting of a bond to include bringing the building up to Code. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Whipple. Commissioner Fountain moved the application of Lester Goldring to change the name of the package liquor and beer bar license of Galen's, 1219 South Main Street to The Pub be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Whipple. Commissioner Sharp moved the application of Arthur Nunez to change the name on the Retail Beverage License of the All-Nite Market, 921 South Main Street to the Bi- Rite Market, be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Com­missioner Whipple. Consideration was given to the application of Milton Prell, A.F. Winter, J.D. Hal1 and L.B. Scherer for a liquor license for the operation of two taverns at The Mint, 110 Fremont Street. Chief of Police Ray Sheffer advised the Commission that his department recommended favorably on this application. Commissioner Fountain moved the application of Milton Prell, A.F. Winter, J.D. Hall and L.B. Scherer for two tavern licenses at The Mint, 110 Fremont Street be ap­proved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commis­sioner Whipple. Commissioner Sharp disqualified himself from voting and stated that the firm of Zick & Sharp were architects on this building. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Arthur Nunez to change the name of his business on his gaming license for four (4) slot machines at the Bi-Rite Mar­ket, 921 South Main Street from the All-Nite Market, be approved and the Super­visor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Com­missioner Whipple. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Fred Weber for additional gaming li­cense for 2 slot machines at the Log Cabin Bar, 122 North 1st Street be approved, and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Whipple. Commissioner Sharp moved the application of Z.L. Enterprises for an additional gaming license for one "21", one Pan and one Poker at the Louisiana Club, 1322 F Street be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Whipple. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Milton Prell, A.F. Winter, J.D. Hall and L.B. Scherer for a new gaming license at The Mint, 110 Fremont Street for 291 slot machines, 3 Craps, 6 "21", 1 Race Horse Keno and 1 Roulette be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commis­sioner Whipple. Commissioner Sharp disqualified himself from voting since his firm was the architect on this building. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Arthur Nunez for change of name on his license for the retail sale of cigarettes and tobacco products from the All- Nite Market to the Bi-Rite Market, 921 South Main Street be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Whipple.
