'This sort of an -ordinance in 'inforcsd regularly in much larger cornual ties than Las Vega®, aai whore the per capita consumption of water per day is much lees* in fact, 1 think you should emphasise in your letter to Sr. iarmon, the very high per capita consumption that exists in Las Vegas during the month© of July and August, particularly.
