He is not ! a full time employee of General 'Services but I am certain he will be available when needed. Contrary to what is being written in local newspapers, Mr. Mueller .originated the disposal of the water facility to the Las Vegas Water District and in my opinion has gone a long way in establishing it as a proper move.
