Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratifications A. F. E. No. 21 (W. 0. 755) issued August 11, 1953, Las Vegas; construct 2730 ft. of 124-Tf cast iron water main in lieu of 12 east iron water main; 1070 ft. of 12", 3310 ft. of 8” and ° wa-ter mains; and 232 ft. of 6” fire protection later­als for 9 fire hydrants in vicinity of Washington Avenue and IT. S. Highway No. 95. Total estimated expenditure #80,913; chargeable to Investment In Water System - Las Vegas, Nevada. 6 to A. F. E. No. 22 (W. 0. 756) issued August 11, 1953, Las Vegas; construct 767 ft. of 6” cast iron water main and 12 ft. of 6 fire protection lateral for one hydrant to serve residential area east of Shadow Lane approximately 1000 feet north of Charleston Boulevard. Total estimated expenditure #2,81+6; chargeable to Invest­ment in Water System - Las Vegas, Nevada. Tr A. F. E. No. 23 (W. 0. 757) issued August 11, 1953, Las Vegas; construct 260 ft. of 8" and 1287 ft. of 6" cast iron water mains and 20 ft. of 6" fire protection lateral for two hydrants to serve Blocks 1 and 2 of Boulder Dam Homesite Addition No. 6.
