Dear Sir: I am advised by Mr.Bracken that the school house occupying lots one to eight in block twenty-two was burned on the 28th of October. this building pending the completion of the new school house, and we had agreed to a rental of $10.00 per month. However, in view of the fact that the building has been destroyed, are you agreeable to waiving any rental. They occupied the premises from October 10th to the 28th.
