Dear Sir: I am advised by Mr.Bracken that the school house occu­pying lots one to eight in block twenty-two was burned on the 28th of October. this building pending the completion of the new school house, and we had agreed to a rental of $10.00 per month. However, in view of the fact that the building has been destroyed, are you agree­able to waiving any rental. They occupied the premises from Octo­ber 10th to the 28th.
