To advance and pay to the Company at the time of the execution 6 of this agreement the sum of $1 ,750.00, being the agreed upon value of an 8 7 inch cast iron water main in location indicated by yellow line on the attach- 8 ed Exhibit "A". The Company will construct in lieu thereof a 10 inch water 9 main, as hereinafter provided, and the Company will bear all cost in excess 10 of the said agreed upon value. It is understood that $636.16 of the amount 1 1 so advanced is objected to by the Subdivider. IE 2. To furnish necessary material and labor for and construct, at 13 its own expense, 1,835 feet of 8 inch and 3^0 feet of six inch cast iron 14 water line in location indicated by green line on the attached Exhibit "A", 15 the cost of which is estimated to be $10,330.00. The pipe in said line shall 16 be Class 150, equal to AWWA specifications, with cement joints, and shall 17 have at least 36 inches of covering. The installation shall be subject to 18 approval and acceptance by a duly authorized representative of the Company. 19 3. To deliver to the Company, upon completion of the water line 20 above described a bill of sale to the Company of the said 1,835 feet of 8 El inch and 3^0 feet of 6 inch cast iron water line, free and clear of all liens 22 and encumbrances, and including any interest whatsoever which the Subdivider .. 23 may have in the 350 feet of 10 inch cast iron water line to be constructed 24 by the Company as hereinafter provided. 25 4. To deliver to the Company upon execution of this agreement, 26 an easement, in form satisfactory to the Company, not less than 5 feet on each eide - 2 -
