I agree.Mr. W. H. Johnson - 2- Jan.13,1956 question, although I am not familiar with the terms of those changes. If and when all the work required under Section 5 has been completed to our satisfaction, or as modified to our satisfaction, there would be no reason why we should not notify the title company to that effect and permit them to turn over the money in escrow to the Water District. However, I do not want to do that on the strength of Mr. Renshaw's letter of October 27th. E. E. Bennett
