Dear S ir:- I enclose herewith a part of my file pertaining to charges vs. Jehns-Manville Company growing out of work performed by this company Sf material furnished in connection with the installation of the drinking water cooling system at Las Vegas shops, which file ends with a letter from the contractors taking exception to our )&11 No. 17*3# which is enclosed. I wish you would kindly advise me i f , in your opinion, this b ill should be reduced as requested by J ohns-Manville Company. No doubt, you w ill r"\ recall the terms of the contract and possibly w ill remember just what this material was required for, and in what connection the labor was furnished.
