Cory Attorney at Law Cornet Bldg., Fremont at Fourth Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Cal: In reply to your letter of June 1st concerning Application No. 15140 will advise that we will issue a permit under this application next week. The p e r m i t will provide for the Proofs of Commencement and Completion^ of Work and Beneficial Use, following which a Certificate of Appropriation can he issued. As I understand it the amount of water covered by the permit has been used beneficially, therefore as soon as the permit is issued you can file all three proofs which will then enable us to issue the Certificate of Appropriation.
