Johnson - Los Angeles: Pursuant to your verbal request, attached for your further handling to execution on behalf of the Railroad Companies and Las Vegas Valley Water District are the following documents in con­nection with the realignment of the 6-inch water line lying between Railroad's freight house and the property sold to Cashman G.M.C. Truck Company, Deed Audit No, 2918, at Las Vegas, Nevada: 1. Original, Approval Copy and one extra copy of Quitclaim Deed from Las Vegas Valley Water District to LA&SLRRCo. and its Lessee, UPRRCo., quitclaiming all right, title and interest in and to Parcel 1, Easement Strip Five, described in that certain Grant of Easement from LA&SLRRCo.- UPRRCo. to Las Vegas Valley Water District re­corded July 1, 195^ as Document No. 1^123, in Book 1^, Official Records of Clark County, Nevada. 2. Duplicate originals and four copies of Easement from LA&SLRRCo.-UPRRCo. to Las Vegas Valley Water District for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a water pipe line. Law Department advises that the Easement may be executed on behalf of the Railroad Companies by the President or authorized Vice President under the provisions of Article V, Section 5 of the UPRR Bylaws, Article V, Section 2 of the LA&SL Bylaws and delegation of authority therefor.
