On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, N.L.D. 828, dated March 28, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and W. J. Rhoads, covering the construction and laying of approximately 2400 feet of cast iron water mains in Pairview Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $2,490,00, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond and premium on public liability insur­ance; Water Company to furnish, without cost to said W. J. Rhoads, all necessary pipe, valves, fittings and material, f.o.b. cars Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, MNRL.D. No. 831, dated March 30, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and W. J. Rhoads, covering the construction and laying by him of ap­proximately 1200 feet of cast iron water mains in Gibson and Jones Addition in Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $780.00; Water Company to furnish, without cost to said W. J. Rhoads, all necessary pipe, valves, fittings and material, f.o.b. cars Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
