No. lA**26, dated January 21, 1963* bet-ween Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Williams Waterproofing & Painting Co., covering the furnishing of all supervision, labor, tools, machinery, and materials, and all other items, as required to repair roof of one-story building at **53 North Mission Road, Los Angeles, California, occupied by WHbur-Ellis Company under Contract Audit No. 9323, expiring January 31s 196**, consideration $2,226.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing Rider C.L.D. No. 7760-2, dated January 1**, 1963, terminating as of December 31s 1962, Contract Audit No. A-6I8I8, dated December 30s 19**6, effective January 1, 19**7 for indefinite term, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, covering lease of site between **th and 5th Streets and between Mission Road and Anderson Street, Los Angeles, California, for handling of merchandise shipments, rental $52**.30 per annum; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
