I agree.LAS VEGAS ITINERARY Welcome to Las Vegas. During your stay we hope you will relax and have fun in our "Entertainment and Pun Capital of the World." Attached is a note with your name and the name ofTthe hotel where you will stay. Also attached is a list of the publicity directors or re- presentatives of each hotel. They are your hosts and contacts so if you have any problems please see them. On arrival your luggage will be sent to your hotel. A station wagon with the name of your hotel and a representative of the hotel is waiting for you at the terminal. As a guest of the hotel \flaere you are staying you will see the dinner show there. With you will be your publicity director. Contact him as soon as possible to make reservations for any second show which starts at 11:30 p.m. (See attached show schedule.) For all show reservations merely go to the dining room, give your name and ask for the TWA PRESS TABLE. For those who wish to see later shows, arrangements have been made at the Silver Slipper, 2:30 AM.; The Dunes, 2:30 A.M. and the Sans Souci, continuous * Excellent shows also available on downtown Fremont Street. On Thursday, Jan. 9, a brunch will be held in the Gourmet Room at the Tropicana starting at 11:30 A.M. Since you will go directly to the airport from there, leave your luggage with special TWA tags with the bell captain at your hotel before departing. Your publicity director will take you to the Tropicana and the airport. Special travel packets with pictures will be mailed back to your organization.
