H, Hulslaer - Omaha) Referring to Mr. Stoddard*s letter to you of January 11 and your letter to me of January ll|., file C-39722-B and C-39722-l5» relative to supplemental agreement CL-39722-B between LA&SL-UPRRCos., LVL&WCo. and Las Vegas Valley Water District amending agreement dated June 1» 1953» covering sale of water production and distribution facilities at Las Vegas, Nevada, to provide for granting to the Water District of additional easements over two 15* strips of land for construction, maintenance and operation of pipe lines at that point, and subsequent relinquishment by the Water District of similar easement granted it under the original agreement. The Water District has now applied its seal to the duplicate originals of this supplemental agreement, and I return herewith for filing with the Auditor fully executed "Original for First Parties." lc Wm.
