Las Vegas - November 12, 19^7 W 20 Mr* Charles Adams; Mr. L. ?• heavltt advised me today that a oommittee of whloh he is; a member is advocating a . bond issue to construot a school building in Paradise Valley. He estimates the construction will cost $100,000*00 and if the bond issue is successful the present rate of 13*15 per $100.00 valuation will be increased 35^ if the school building only is constructed; and 60jtf if a Gymnasium is included* The next time Mr, Hammlll is in this vicinity he may wish to look into this.
