Bracken: Referring to your letter March 14th, in connection with proposition of subdividing some of our acreage at Las Vegas, as referred to in your letter of February 20th to Mr. Gray and his reply February 26th: While it is agreed that nothing can be done in this respect until the red light district situation has been corrected, yet you will note in last paragraph of Mr. Gray's letter referred to he asks to be furnished with an estimate covering cost and approximate return from establishment of an attractive residential subdivision abutting Clark's Las Vegas Townsite.
