Dear Sir: I have sold for cash upon delivery of deed as per our schedule of prices, lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in block 36, purchase price $750.00* ^hese five lots have been purchased by two different parties, and I wish you would kindly have deeds made out as follows:- A deed made to J. J. Silk, covering lots 6, 7 and the north half of lot 8 in block 36, which makes a total frontage of 62-1/2 ft* A deed made out to A. J. Peetham covering the south half of lot 8, lots 9 and 10 in block 36, making a total frontage of 62-1/2 ft.
