We need to (transfer $4000.00 from 906-9002 Contingency to 903-9001 E&P) for the following reasons: 1. We have now received notice and/or in-voices for expenses for lecturers during March & April. 2. We have been billed by O&M for damages to light pole by a truck delivering portable toilets for Joan Jett. While a claim has been filed and we eventually will be reim-bursed University policy is to charge the involved department.
