* Las Vegas Land and Water Company Original Sheet PSCR No. 10 40 Classes of Consumers - Where two or more classifications of consumers are served by one service, each classification will be separately rated» 5o Discontinuance of Charges - Water rates will be charged for all services whether the premises are occupied or not until service shall be, in writing, ordered discon-tinuedo 6 o Resuming Service - When service is discontinued pursuant to Rules 5 and 5, it will not be re-established until all delinquent charges are paid. 7o Emergency Shut-Offs - The Water Company may shut off water, without notice, for the purpose of making repairs or extensions„ 8„ Service Lines - All service lines extending from mains to property lines and the proper shut-off shall be installed, maintained and owned by the Water Company„ Issued by Wm.
