I agree.March 29, 1?4@ W 2 > 5 Mr. E. V. Cragin SI Portal Building Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Ernie: Xou? letter March 29 regarding water service for West Charleston and South 3rd Street properties: Confirming our conversation today, I attach sheet containing excerpt from scheduled rates approved hy the Public Service Commission and also synopsis of your service card showing how the rate of $3*05 was arrived at, covering the Meet Charleston property. We are not at liberty to deviate from these rates, but if you decide to uee the water from your own well exclusively, pleaee phone me and I will discontinue accrual of charges. We recently installed a pressure valve in the main line at Charleston Boulevard and Main Street in order to afford more adequate service in the West Charleston district with the aseistanoe of booster pumps below the reservoir, and X am sure the eerviee in that locality will be more satisfactory than it has in the past. Very truly yours, LAS VEGAS LAMP & WATER CO. General Manager J
