Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratifications W. 0. 824, Issued November 15, 1958, Long Beach, California, retirement of Lots 1, 2 and 3, together with vacated alley adjoining, all in Block 60, Alamitos Beach Townslte, being all of Parcels 103, 104, 105 and 106, Map S-6, containing ah area of 22,037 sq. ft., which pro­perty was conveyed to California Pacific Enterprises and Silvers Enterprises by LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. $ 6 0 0 , dated August 12, 1958.
