On December 9» 1953» a similar submission was made with respect to application of Mr. Michele Terlizzl. To date we have not received the approval of the Water District for either of these projects, and we have advised the sub' divider or his contractor that until such approval is received, pursuant to the terms of the contract of June 1, 1953» we can n0* progress the work.
