W 12-1-13 Mr. Frank Strong: Following my memo May 26 in reply to yours of May 25, file 1-7334: Vegas for permission to relocate the channel of the Las Vegas Creek over our land at North Main and Mesquite Streets. City Engineer to relocate the channel and print show-ing existing location and proposed new ditch. I discussed Metals, who wishes to install a scale in the corner of his lease, and the proposed relocation of the ditch is satisfactory to him. May we authorise the City to proceed? A. M. Folger
