Las Vegas, Nevada April 1, 1941. Mr. W. R. Bracken: This is to advise that the State Engineer has sent me Permit under application No. 10508 (Well No. 4), conditioned that actual construction work shall begin on or before October 1, 1941, and Proof of Commencement of Work filed before November 1, 1941; that work be prosecuted with diligence and completed before October 1, 1943, and Proof thereof filed before November 1, 1943. That Application of water to beneficial use be made before October 1, 1944, and Proof thereof filed before November 1, 1944. completed on this Well, and I will shortly prepare the necessary proofs and submit them for execution.
