Bennett Please refer to Mr. Bennett*s letter to me dated April 2, 195**# file 80-11, relative to request of Recreation Department of the City of La® Vega® to lease a parcel of the land which is under Contract of Bale to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, for a baseball diamond. In accordance with the second paragraph of Mr. Bennett’s letter, will you please prepare & Letter License with the City of Las Vegas or other legal entity, granting permission to occupy for recreational purposes, & baseball diamond and playground, the parcel of land, description of which is attached hereto, on the basis of metes and bounds. Provisions to be contained in e&id license should be as recommended in Mr. Bennett*s letter referred to above. I am also submitting herewith copy of letter from Mr. Harry s. Miller, to me, dated May 12, 195**# submitting one copy of legal description of land requested by the City Recreational Department for a playground and baseball diamond* ALtHtMascehjmpents L. R.
