Incidentally »e have also conferred with Vi11 Stewart to whom this land is now under lease and he is agreeable to eliminate this portion of the land from his lease for the purpose described. 1 will be glad to have you confer with the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and advise me what their plans are as to rehabilitation of the structure. Recent examination indicates the northerly portion which was added oomparitively recently by the Reclamation Department is in rather poor condition, the North wall having fallen out, and I was wondering whether this portion would be removed or repaired. I assume you will also wish some space adjacent to the building for parking of automobiles. tea will find us in full accord with the program and ready to cooperate with you at all times and f shall be glad to have further details of the Rehabilitation plans when they have been decided.
