Will you please promptly prepare Cl) Sfeu&l form of Rule 9-A agreement with Woody, covering construction of this line at an estimated cost of 115 3 0 .00, which amount he has advanced. (2) Labor agreement with Nevada Construction Company covering labor required for its Installation for a consideration of #562.50. fhe description of work to be performed is, •Commencing at a connection with the existing water main at the north end of Block 25, l4th Street Addition, thence northerly through Block 26 a distance of 450 feet to an end at the north end of said Block 26.® fhe installation will be all 6® cast iron pipe, and Block 26, 14th Street Addition, is recorded in look 1 of Plats, Page 82.
