On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing lease, Audit No. 10127, dated April 1, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Charles Latimer, Lessee, covering building near San Antonio Avenue and State Street (formerly leased to Ontario Fertilizer Works), for storage purposes; on month-to-month basis, beginning April 1, 1941; rental $10.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing lease with privilege of purchase, Audit No. 10115, dated April 1, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Archie Jones, covering Lots 15 and 16, Block 24, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, together with four-room house thereon, known as 629 South Second Street, for term of sixty months, commencing April 1, 1941; consideration $2,500.00; terms $250.00 initial payment, balance payable $45.00 per month, with interest at 7% per annum; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
