As I understand it, this aoreage comprises the SE l A of Section 31 and the SW 1/k of Section 32. After oonferring with Mr. Greene, it is my recommendation that if Pike is willing to sell the SE l A of Seotion 31 At !$0.00 per acre we recommend authority to purohase, but I do not feel that we are Justified in recommending purchase of the other quarter-section.
