No. 16105, dated July 31, 1968, between Keith Electric Corporation and Las Vegas Land and Water Company covering the furnishing of labor, materials and supervision to install lighting and cable reels, also fixture renovation, at Land Company's warehouse at 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, as set forth in the agreement for a consideration of $5,800.00 on completion of work in conformance to the requirements of all statutes and local ordinances; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The following Work Order Authority approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: Work Order No. 53, Authority for Expenditure No. 2, issued February 13, 1968 to cover acquisition of approximately 131 acres of land at Mira Loma, California; required to provide land for future development of industrial sites at this location; the Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee approved this expenditure on February 13, 1968, (1968 budget - item No. 2 - in amount of $855,000.00). Total estimated expenditure chargeable to Land and Public Improvements ... $855,000.00 Cancellation issued August 30, 1968 of A.F.E. No. 2 (W. 0. No. 53) for acquisition of approximately 131 acres of land at Mira Loma, California account property is no longer available for purchase, due to refusal of owner to sell prop­erty; Work Order 53 is hereby cancelled. -3-
