GsrrMp. file......---- A THIS AGKESMENT, made and entered into as of the “2* 0 day of I95I, "by and between LAS VEGAS LAUD AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, hereinafter called "Company", Party of the First Part, and S0UTHR3DGE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, with principal place of business at 1800 Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider”, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: E E C I T A L S WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in developing an additional unit of Southridge Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, within the area outlined in green on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", identified as Drawing A 986, dated September 26, 1951, and has requested the Company to extend its water mains to serve said area as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 8” cast iron water main in South Tenth Street at the intersection of Caifisa Avenue, thence continuing southerly in South Tenth Street with an 8" main approximately 270 feet to Bonita Avenue, thence continuing easterly with a 6" main in Bonita Avenue to and across Lot k of Block 6 as indicated upon said map, a distance of approximately ll6o feet to the southeast comer of said Lot k, thence continuing northerly at right angle with an 8" main approximately 250 feet more or less to a connection with an existing 8" cast iron water main in Canosa Avenue, and To construct approximately 10 lineal feet of 6" cast iron fire hydrant connection. WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions and fire hydrant connections in accordance with its Buie 9 file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada, approved August 2k, 1951; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making said extension and fire hydrant connection applied for is $7070.00. - 1 -
