Leo McNamee and Mr. E. E. Bennett of the Union Pacific Railroad called this morning to discuss this escrow, wherein the Water District purchased the facilities of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company. At that time it was agreed that statements of accrued charges would be made at this time to each party.
