A* JENKINS DATE | JAN. 11, 1909 RECORDED JAN.12, 1909, BOCK H, PA® 168 OF WATER RECORDS- SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY AMOUNT- 1500 INO&S DESCRIPTION: Claim 1500 inches, miners measure, under 4 inch pressure of the water flowing in whet is known as Cornfield Spring Canon- County of San Bernardino* Said water to he diverted at a point on the bank of eaid stream in said Canon being 4000 feet, more or lees, southwesterly from source of said Spring- said Cornfield Spring being located on the west side of Providence Mountain about 6 inches southeasterly from Kelso Station. For purpose of irrigating, reclaiming desert land, domestic and to supply locomotives, steam boilers, stamp mills and power. Said water to be diverted by means of a dam built and constructed at least 5 fset in height and 2- 1/2 feet thick with a pipe line from said point of NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF HATER diversion to said Station at Kelso
