HHEBEPOEE it is hereby agreed and understood between the County of Lincoln,State of Levada, by its County Commissioners, A.S.Thompson, R.J.Gordon and E.C.Lee, and by the trustees of the Lire Department, A.S.Thompson, J.A.Lesbitt and Henry Eilers, of the Unincorporated Town of Pioche, and by John R.Cook and Ales Orr, a business committee authorized by said Eire Department to act with the persons above named in the premises, for said Eire Department tbe parties of the first part, and J.R.Thompson, Addison Bybee and H.W.Lawrence, by their authorized agent T.J.Osborne, and the Estate of W.S (Jodbe, deceased, by the Administrator,^T.J.Osborne, the parties of the second part, that said contract shall be modifyed and change^so as to read Sft 50,000 Gallons of water instead of 100,000 gallons of water as it now reads and it is so amended.
